Questions + Answers
WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Formal invitations have been sent. We kindly request that you RSVP online through this website, or by mailing the RSVP detail card back to us by October 12, 2025. After this date, our final guest list will be submitted, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any changes. No exceptions.
HOW DO I RSVP?
There are two ways you can RSVP. You can submit your RSVP in the section above, or you can send the RSVP detail card back via postal mail. Please note that if you are mailing your RSVP card, you must include a stamp before sending.
WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
If you do not RSVP by October 12, 2025, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to be celebrating with you; however, we have to provide and exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so that we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be joining us, please notify Ashley or Juwan as soon as you are aware.
CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, plus ones are only allowed if they were specifically mentioned on your formal invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact Ashley or Juwan. We appreciate your understanding.
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Invitations will be specific and will include "and Family" for the children who are invited. For those of you who will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely. Otherwise, we encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The social hour will be held outdoors in a grassy area.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?
Our ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o'clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:45pm. This will also give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the social hour to enter.
WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking near the venue may be limited. There is street parking available in front of the venue on Wilburn Street. There is also a parking lot availble on the left side of the venue as well. Carpooling and early arrive is highly suggested. Uber vouchers are available under the name "ADavisToRemember".
CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
We are having an unplugged ceremony, which means that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures & videos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY, CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?
Absolutely - reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy-related concerns/requests.
HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR HONEYMOON FUND?
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception. A cash registry is also available below.
